I had a foray into toothbrush rug making the last couple of days. Here is a picture of my efforts. I'm not so sure I like the frayed look about it. It uses a lot of fabric strips too just for this small mat which is about 6" in diameter. I'm sure I'll find a use for it. If I were to make another I think I would fold the raw edges in and stitch it down before sewing into the rug. I used 1" strips and a large holed wool needle. It was a bit of diverting fun:-D
