Slowly getting into the new year :) Here are a couple of completed blocks from a couple of WIPs…
First one is a block from the Inklingo Sampler (see button in right side bar) Tilde posted with permission from the Nearly Insane quilt. I have this book but I’m not sure I want to make this block again :))
The next block to be completed is my second POTC block. A lot of procrastination and frog stitching in this one. So it’s taken longer than it should. This one is completely hand stitched unlike my first where I did Hybrid piecing, ie part machine and inset seams hand done.
Oh and one more block I nearly forgot about that I’ve done since new year is last year’s BOM Tisket A Tasket from Bunnyhill January’s block.
I have some more pictures to show but must get to the camera and take them :)) Meanwhile that’s all from me for now :)
Happy Quilting, Elly
LOVE your blocks, Elly... but there's no WAY in h-e-double-hockey-sticks that I'll be making any of those "insane" blocks!

Holy Canoli, Elly! 218 pieces in a single BLOCK?!?!?! Yikes! I have made quilts, LOTS of quilts, that didn't have 218 pieces TOTAL in them. Very impressive and VERY nice work.
