Scrap Happy Saturday and March Calendar quilt

Good afternoon from Sunny Scotland.

When I went looking for my green scraps I didn’t expect to find more of them than Blue or Red, however, I found more!!  Green isn’t even a favourite colour of mine but I must use it a bit.  Here is my basket I have collected them together in.Green Scraps basket Some of these are very old!!

Here is the block I’m in the process of making for my Rainbow Scrappy quilt.Green pies and tarts wipI printed out pie and tart shapes using  the Inklingo Pies and Tarts shapes collection.  This is as far as I’ve got with them.  I need to decide on my background fabric and sew the Pie.

Lastly, here is my March Stitchery quilt which I have hanging above my sewing machine.March Calendar StitcheryHappy Stitching!!

    What a lovely block. I love circles but have to confess I have always been a bit afraid to use them too much in my work, as it's so tricky to get them to look perfect. Yours look great.

    Your pie tart shapes look interesting, they will make a lovely block for your scrappy quilt. And isn´t it fun that your march stitchery is green? It matches the challenge really good.

    Hi from rainy, cold and dreary Alabama.
    I started my pies and tarts quilt too. I am using up all the CW fabric. I don't think I will ever get rid of it...LOL

    I recognize some of your green leaf fabric that I have in my stash and scraps too. I envy your sunshine - we got a couple of inches of snow last night - yuck. I love your block!!
