Scrap Happy Saturday Challenge 2013

This is the last Saturday for Soscrappy’s February’s RSC challenge of using purple scraps.  Here are my offerings :-

I completed my little rail fence blocks in purple, these will be 4 inches finished:

RSC13 February Purple Crosses Here they are with last month’s pink rail fence blocks and the Boxed In blocks of both January and February showing a possible layout idea:

Purple Rain Sky back Purple Rain Sky

The back is on the left and the front on the right.

The front is a Mug Rug pattern by The Patchsmith  called April Sky.   I’ve renamed mine  Purple Rain Sky :)   I did ‘Improv’ piecing for the back. I had a lot of fun with this project.

Lastly, I did get some Dear Jane Blocks done in the past few weeks but not as many as Angela ;)  Here are my offerings:

h-3 g-11

H-3  Berry Baskets in purple and G-11 Decisions, Decisions in pink.   I have a couple more purple ones I hope to stitch up tomorrow.

So that’s if from me :)  Check out what everyone else has been doing for this last Saturday in February  HERE .  I am early for a change ;) but there will be postings over the weekend and even maybe on Monday, so do check back there are so many neat projects on the go.

Happy Stitching
